Lake Side Care & Concierge makes it easier by providing reliable, on-site access assistance for scheduled contractors and service professionals. Whether you're having an appliance repaired, scheduling maintenance, or arranging home improvements, we'll help coordinate access to your lake property while you're away. **Our Contractor & Vendor Access service includes:** - Meeting scheduled contractors and service providers at your property - Providing authorized access to designated areas - Coordinating arrival times and access instructions - Remaining on-site during scheduled appointments when requested - Communicating with contractors regarding your instructions - Providing updates and photos when appropriate - Notifying you of visible concerns or unexpected issues - Confirming when the contractor has completed the scheduled visit - Checking that designated doors and access points are secured before leaving - Sending a completion confirmation **Perfect For:** - HVAC maintenance and repairs - Plumbing and electrical appointments - Appliance repairs and installations - Pest control services - Lawn care and landscaping contractors - Internet and utility technicians - Home improvement and remodeling projects **Service Fee: $60 per hour — 1-hour minimum** *Advance scheduling required. Contractor services, repairs, materials, and vendor charges are billed separately. Lake Side Care & Concierge provides access coordination and on-site assistance but does not supervise or guarantee third-party workmanship.
