Lake Side Care & Concierge provides convenient, reliable access assistance so your deliveries can be received even when you're away. **Our Package & Delivery Access service includes:** - Meeting scheduled delivery drivers at your property - Providing authorized access for furniture, appliances, and other deliveries - Receiving packages and confirming delivery - Bringing packages inside to a designated location when size and weight permit - Coordinating with delivery personnel according to your instructions - Checking delivered items for obvious exterior packaging damage - Taking delivery confirmation photos when appropriate - Securing designated doors and access points after delivery - Sending a completion update once your delivery is received **Perfect For:** - Furniture and appliance deliveries - Online shopping packages - Home improvement supplies - Seasonal lake equipment - Scheduled household deliveries Whether you're at home, at work, or miles away from the lake, we'll help make sure your deliveries are handled conveniently and securely. **Service Fee: $60 per hour — 1-hour minimum** *Advance scheduling required.
