Lake Side Care & Concierge helps get your property ready for warmer weather, relaxing weekends, and unforgettable days on the water. Our Spring Opening service takes care of the seasonal details so you can spend less time preparing and more time enjoying your lake home. **Our Spring Opening service includes:** - General interior and exterior property check - Checking for visible winter weather damage - Inspecting accessible areas for signs of leaks, moisture, or pest activity - Adjusting the thermostat to your preferred setting - Turning on designated lights and appliances - Restoring designated water supplies when authorized and appropriate - Checking accessible faucets and toilets for visible leaks - Reconnecting outdoor hoses when appropriate - Setting out designated outdoor furniture and accessories - Checking decks, patios, and walkways for visible damage or debris - Light removal of leaves and debris from entryways - Checking that doors and windows open and close properly - Providing a completion update with photos when appropriate **Additional Spring Services Available:** - Lawn mowing, trimming, and seasonal yard cleanup - Grocery shopping and refrigerator stocking - Ice, beverages, and lake-day essentials - Patio and outdoor entertainment setup - Contractor and maintenance access - Additional cleaning and special requests **Service Fee: $125 per visit** *Spring Opening includes routine seasonal preparation and visual property checks.
